Uplifter Inc is an INCREDIBLE system in every aspect of their program and is constantly evolving.Ice Palace FSC is one of the largest skating clubs in Canada with over 1800 members. Before the transition to Uplifter, we were faced with an abundance of paperwork and time consuming data entry to manage our membership and registrations. There were endless man hours spent each season, there is no doubt that our Club was not able to reach it's full potential.With the help of Uplifter our membership has grown by 35%! Uplifter's reporting, communication tools and athlete profiles have enabled Ice Palace FSC to maintain a centralized, accessible and secure online system and attributed to cut down on administration time and costs by at least 75% for registrations.We have so many more areas that we are wanting to explore with Uplifter, thank you to you all for creating such an exemplary platform for all of us to use!

Our community association recently migrated to Uplifter Inc. for our registration/membership management system. Previously we were working with paper copies, spreadsheets, and general disorganization! We are very small and didn't have the need for some of the massive platforms out there, but definitely wanted something more robust than a ticketing system. I have found the software works for about 90+% of what I hoped it would (we honor other association memberships in addition to our own, offer rec and leisure programming, and need a method to communicate to our community). We had initially thought we would use Uplifter as a registration only site, but have managed to make it our stand-alone website that does it all! It's a very powerful platform with many options that would suit many rec/sports organizations.While the software is good, the customer service is OUTSTANDING! I researched MANY alternatives -- many of these had additional fees and costs associated with human help/interaction. I can say that Uplifter has mastered the art of customer service. I wasn't sure how important this would be until setting up our online registration platform -- I had numerous emails back and forth with many reps. All were exceptionally helpful and worked diligently to find resolutions to problems/scenarios that I had to work with. In addition, they have a great help/tutorial resource that provides support to the platform. This is a great company to do business with -- they are understanding, reasonable, and always willing to assist.Thus far, I have been most impressed with Uplifter and their great team!

Uplifter continues to meet our administrative, web hosting, and online registration needs. Recent development adding accounting functionality and an enhanced user interface are great. First rate customer service.

The Chatham Skating Club put in the registration and payments part of Uplifter in the summer of 2020, primarily because of Covid. We are a small club and had been doing in-person registrations using 3 part forms, excel spreadsheets and the SAGE accounting system to track things. The Uplifter system has made it possible to respond effectively to changing circumstances during Covid. It is a robust, well-documented system. As the other reviews state, the support from Uplifter is excellent - they are responsive, knowledgeable and understand their clients. We are very happy with our decision to automate with Uplifter.

Cannot day enough GREAT things about this company! The customer service goes above and beyond every single time! With excellent response time (within an hour) and always able to answer questions or find the answers to get right back to me. We have just updated our registration website and love how easy it was to set up - the Uplifter team has literally thought of everything and has made it so EASY to use!

We have been using Uplifter from early 2016 and have no regrets making the change. Uplifter’s web based club management system is a single source solution which has proven to be an indispensable tool for club members and our volunteers. It is a great timesaver. No need to wait weeks before making an update to our website.We no longer have to sift through mountains of paper, trying to match a skater to their registration and/or payment. It is a great timesaver. We decide how we want to manage our registration activities. Before Uplifter we had a decent Club Management system but it did not meet our club’s specific needs. Paper forms are a thing of the past, with the online registration system, Skaters no longer wait in line for hours to hand in their forms and or wait for days before receiving confirmation for their choice of skating sessions. We tried other online registration systems but we had no way of ensuring that skaters registered in the correct level. Uplifter provided excellent control over who could and could not register and provided information about the number of registrations and financials.There is no complicated programming language to learn. Users who are comfortable using Microsoft Office will find the system to be very intuitive. The templates are easily customizable.
