The store is attractive and has a nice atmosphere. I am tall and thus have trouble finding pants that fit. Luis was helpful, and found several pairs of pants that fit well.

Lovely staff!!! I was admittedly a little bit difficult, and the two ladies (one with braids and one with a shaved head) who greeted me were phenomenal. Not only were they incredibly helpful, but they radiated what i can only describe as a positive energy! They were so fun and kind, they looked like they were genuinely happy to be at work. The new girl who helped me find what i needed was also great!(Also love the pants i got, but if you know Roots quality, that was a given ;) )

Great collection of hoodies, sweat shirts and down Jackets. The store is big and well maintained. I also like their collection of t shirts.

Staff are absolutely Amazing Kezia and Miranda are superb, both are friendly and very helpful. I will definately Recommend ROOTS EATON CENTER

Terrible customer service and low-quality leather products. The quality of their leather products has gone down significantly in the last few years. They no longer use soft, supple, and thick pebbled leather. The cheap leather they use these days feel spongy and thin.

Great disappointment with the service I received at your store. My husband and I visited the store and tried on four items of clothing. However, we were met with rude behavior from the staff (Pxxxt), whom told us that we had taken too many clothes to try on.This was a very uncomfortable experience for us, and we felt that we were being treated unfairly. We brought this to the attention of the shop manager (Jxxxa), but were disappointed with the response received. The manager did not seem to sincerely apologize or take our concerns seriously.As a customer, I expect to be treated with respect and courtesy, and it was disheartening to receive such poor treatment from the staff at your store. I hope that you can take steps to ensure that this does not happen to other customers in the future.

Nice store w/over priced clothes ($78.00 for sweatpants)and nice employees.

Hi and Good Day Afternoon!! I shop at Roots and always receive great customer service. I received polite and professional service from a sales associate. I do not know her name but she was very nice and also had a great attitude as do all staff members. I am always happy after I leave Roots. This applies to all stores!!. Keep up the Great Work!!.

The customer service was not friendly. Rudely told us to go to the next cashier.
