Dwayne and his team were the Hvac contractors for our Major home renovation. they were prompt, thorough and very professional. They went above and beyond the scope of what the reno called for. Their work is very neat and tidy, no sloppiness or corners cut.Cool flame was originally called in to install gas piping and hook up a new Rangetop. The job quickly expanded to new bbq gas pipe, AC repair, cold air returns, new venting and a thermostat wiring repair. All done without any setbacks to the renovation timetable. I cannot recommend them enough

CoolFlame has been coming to our home for a few years now. The first time was for our air conditioner. Other companies were telling us that we needed a new air conditioner but Dwayne came in and replaced a small part for a really reasonable price and as a result he has received more business from us. Dwayne is professional but more importantly honest and fair. I would recommend him and his company with no hesitation. Simply the best in Durham Region. Our air conditioner is 18 years old and still working today. Thanks Dwayne!

We’ve used this company for everything from HVAC in my business to A/C and tankless water heater installation to pool heater repairs. Most recently Dwayne was a rockstar and walked me through a furnace/air conditioner fix over the phone on a Saturday in the middle of a heat wave. We are extremely grateful for his expertise. Highly recommend!

Quite shocked to see all 5 star reviews! Terrible service, not responsible and not reliable. Dwayne has stopped taking our calls to fix a problem in the HVAC that he installed in our new home.I saw your reply to me - lies! Do you want me to upload screen shots of text messages between us and you proving your poor service? Be careful!

Dwayne is amazing! He shows you what is wrong and doesn't do anything without letting you know. No tricks or gimmicks. He is reliable and takes the time to break things down to ensure you understand.I would recommend him to everyone I know.Even when you know he is busy, he doesn't rush with your home and makes sure you are more knowledgeable before he leaves. Do not use anyone else except Dwayne/CoolFlame! Best in Durham hands down!

Dwayne and his team were awesome! They were professional and informative. They replied to my call promptly and had a new air conditioner installed within the week. They also provided service for my elderly parents. I often worry for them when they deal with service providers, but with Dwayne and his team I had no worries. They went in figured out the problem that a previous technician could not find. The repair required a part be ordered and while they waited for the part they provide a temporary solution so they would not suffer during the heat wave. Without hesitation, I would recommend Dwayne and his team.

I have been dealing with CoolFlame Heating & Cooling for the past two years. My experience has been beyond excellent. Dwayne is extremely honest, knowledgeable, helpful, down to earth, and affordable. I am currently living overseas and renting my home and rely on him for any furnace repairs and maintenance.
