This location has fixed major problems on our car, and has always given us good, honest advice about what needs to be done immediately and what can wait. When a used part was faulty (not their fault), they tracked down another quickly and fixed it, honouring their warranty no questions asked. As someone who knows very little about cars, I really appreciate how willing Mike and Pat are to explain everything to us and answer any questions we have in a way that is never condescending.

Great friendly service. They were able to get me an appointment quickly and finished the work just as fast.When the service is complete, they also send you a link to an excellent website that shows some of the notes/pictures they took during the service. The images help understand what parts and services you might need to be done in the future.It's one thing to hear you might need to replace X, Y or Z shortly. But also having a photo of your car part in question that backs up the opinion is perfect.

Exceptional service. They always give your vehicle a once over regardless of why you've brought it in, and let you know of any repairs to make your vehicle perform its best, with pictures sent via email. They are never pushy and always informative. Highly recommend!

I got sent to Kennedy's by my third party warranty company and was pleasantly surprised. We quickly got on a first name basis with Pat and Mike. I had some previously undiagnosed problems with my Beemer 3 series such as broken cold spring and control arm. The diagnostic report with photos was very transparent. The warranty portion of the work (water pump) was smooth as well, no issues with the warranty company. Big job but the car came out driving much better. I even had transport for the week with their loaner car. Recommend!

Went in there to get a light bulb fixed which should be a couple of dollars. Got my car back with two broken tail lights and over $1000 in things that have now broke in my car while they were repairing it. Received different stories as to how my two tail lights broke, one being that they broke by whoever assembled them last. Interesting explanation given this was the first time I ever had a light replaced or any problems with the tail lights, so the last time they were touched was at the factory. Don’t go here they will take advantage of you. Called the repair shop to resolve this and they denied any fault.
