I visited Edifier distribution center and was very happy with the interaction - talked about my product and the upcoming styles of similar models - the next day I ordered from Edifier online and was just as pleased - the best you can get for a reasonable price in my opinion. Thanks Ming Chen and staff, you rock. - after reading other reviews I must add, be prepared and specific as possible, I think that is what made my visit so pleasant.

The speakers are amazing, but I agree with Daniel, their service is non-existent. I only need a simple thing... to download the new software for the $170 computer speakers I purchased. I upgraded m computer, but cannot find the software online to get them running again. I have been trying to contact them for about a week now, with no luck at all.

Absolute worst customer service. I could bore you with the details, but all you need to know is the company puts zero effort into accommodating customers when it comes to mistakes they themselves have made. I’m specifically referring to customer service rep. Leopold Fimbel.

Hi,Absolutely agree with Daniel,If I could I would give Edifier minus 10 stars.....It is my first purchased with Edifier, they send me the wrong item and I'm trying to reach the customer support on the phone after 2 mins waiting in line it goes directly to voicemail. It says please leave your name and phone number a Representative will follow up shortly with you."I left multiple voicemail and submitted multiple tickets and emails however no response. This is ridiculous it is my first and last time I will ever spend money on their products.Terrible

I purchased EDIFIER R1850DB SPEAKERS from Amazon. When I went to return them and Amazon said they cannot be returned through Amazon because the tiny remote control had a tiny lithium battery in it. Amazon fulfilled the order and delivered them but they couldn't take it back????? Amazon left me high and dry. Through a couple of calls to Edifier and a couple of emails to them too, They decided to alow me to reurn my 5 day old speakers. I would never buy these through Amazon ever again. Buy them through Edifier direct.
