The quality is great and my photos were done in a relatively quick time frame. However the customer service is not very good from the employee I always seem to see when I'm in.

Wanted to get some passport photos taken.Called them up - they said they are doing passport photos. So, I said I'll be there in an hour to get them done, the person on the phone said Yeah sure!". Went there in an hour - they said they can't do it because the photographer went on a break and won't be back for 1 and a half hours.Okay. I came back 2 hours later - just to to be told that the photographer went on another break and won't be back for 15 minutes."

Placed an order for next day on Dec 22, 2022 for a canvas and prints. I was charged but then never received notice for pickup and was showing delayed" under my orders. I understood my order was late in the holiday season so I let it slide. Checked on status Jan 28
