Minnesota Concrete Lifting

Jordan and his team were at my home today and what a great company! Responsive, right price, friendly guys! I called them to have some concrete foam jacked and could not be happier, they even patched a small piece of cement that I didn't ask them to do!

Courteous crew, excellent communication. They completed the work in less than an hour, walkway is level and it looks great! 3 Year warranty included, I'd recommend Minnesota Concrete Lifting!

I called them during winter to come out and relevel my garage floor. They were not able to do it being it was the winter but he quoted it out anyway. They came out and they were able to lift my floor with out any problems. They were also able to do my patio and sidewalk as well. I worked with Jordon. When it came time to settle up Jordon didn't re-figure numbers for increased pricing on materials, fuel escalation, or cost of living even though I know that his costs have gone up sense then. He said whatever he quoted will work just fine. There pricing was very fair compared to the rest of the market. They showed up on the day the said they would be there. (That is not very common with private contractors these days). They did a good job and they warranty their work. Coming from the construction industry, I thought they were very professional, and they did a good job. They showed up and got right to work, time is money in this industry! During the project when one of the employees had a couple minutes whale waiting on materials they would always come over and explain what they were doing at that time if you were interested. Defiantly a friendly company. They have that small family owned contractor kind of feel to them. For example I sent them a few pictures of the cracks in the garage floor and everything that I had in the garage and I asked them before they showed up if they wanted me to empty out the garage and they told me no, they would get there and take a look and help me move things if they needed to be moved. The big contractors would tell you that your garage needed to be completely empty for when they show up. All in all, I am very pleased with the Company, the work they do and the way they help/treat their customers. Defiantly a good choice if you were looking for a contactor!

Had them come out to lift the front quarter of my garage floor about an inch. Wonderful work and they fixed a couple of side stuff as well! Would recommend.

Had them lift our sidewalk that sunk 3 inches. They were prompt and professional and the sidewalk looks fantastic! Before and after pictures.

These guys fixed my front walkway in about 20 minutes! They were very professional and personable. You can't even see the places where they drilled holes. The cost was very reasonable and they didn't pressure me for add-ons that some other companies I talked to did. I basically texted them a picture, they sent me a quote, I said yes" and then my walkway was fixed!"

They did good work, but I expect a bit more of a professional transaction.They knocked on my door, then I came out to no one introducing themselves, they just started setting up. I had to ask who Jordon was. I asked if they could please call or text me when they were on their way over because I had to pick up kids from school. Jordan said he would do that. Well he didn’t and I said to him I was expecting a heads up and he responded with, “we’re busy.” I also didn’t care for his swearing when talking about what was needed to be done. It’s just unprofessional, I’m in customer service and I can’t speak to my customers like that and expect to be respected. $800 for 30 mins of work seemed a bit steep too. Shop around if you’re considering them.It has been 6 months since they did their work, the sidewalk is already starting to become uneven. : /

Responded to my request for a quote in a timely manner. Sent photos and gave me a quote just from the photos ( I had them fix my whole front walkway). Showed up when they said they would. The whole team was very professional and efficient.

Lifted garage apron that had sunk and filled void underneath, also repaired some minor holes in my walkway. Employees were all friendly, knowledgable, and got the job done very quickly. Price was very reasonable compared to removing and replacing with new concrete. Was pleasantly surprised the work came with a 3 year warranty.

I am so happy that I decided to have my concrete lifting project done and that Jordan and his crew completed the work. They did an AWESOME job!! I am so happy with the results and their workmanship! If you have a sunken sidewalk, stooping front stoop or any other concrete issue I suggest that you call Jordan immediately. You will NOT be disappointed!
