I have taken 3 of my fur babies here for spays and neuter and they have been amazing with all of them. The staff are so friendly and personable. I live in Langford and bring my babies here and wouldn't take them anywhere else.

Dr Heidi and all the staff were wonderful at guiding us through Sadie's recent major surgery. The follow-up care provided has been great and highly appreciated. We would definitely recommend Saanichton Village Veterinary Hospital.

The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. Dr. Stacey has a gentle way and our skittish cat was very calm during his examination. The medication that he prescribed helped within days. I would recommend them to anyone!

Dr Stacy, saved Mojo's life when he was a 12 weeks old pup, and 7 years later we are fighting again . I wouldn't trust anyone else with my red heeler. The compassion, from all the staff, and Dr Stacy's dedication is so comforting during this time. I thank-you Dr Stacy for fighting as hard as Mojo and I are . Helping to give my boy some quality time! Words don't say enough!!!!!

Dr. Stacey has been the most kind and honest Veterinarian I've ever been to. My dog, Tessa, feels the same. Several of the office staff are lovely as well. Unfortunately, the new Vet doesn't have Dr. Stacey's gifts, and at least one of the office staff has no manners at all, and really should never, ever, answer the phone. I identified myself to her (twice) as having a hearing loss and that information was completely disregarded as she continued to speak extremely fast and talk over me.Until recently, I always felt comfortable there, but those days are over for myself and Tessa and we'll find a new place for ourselves.
