Terrible service. What place tells you that you cannot return an item AFTER you have purchased it!? Not everyone automatically knows the store policies! They should be explaining to customers BEFORE making a purchase if something cannot be returned. Thankfully they agreed to refund the purchase, but not without a lot of complaining. How unprofessional! I will not return!

Complete garbage. I bought a suitcase for work travels and it the wheel had fallen off at the airport on first use. I had to try and carry my full size suitcase through the airport. Ridiculous. I except a full refund or exchange. Use to sell quality stuff years ago clearly that isn’t the case. Bought a new suitcase as mine I had for 10yrs finally broke. Only to have a brand new one break on first use. Everything is so cheaply made these days and over priced. Not impressed

Bought backpack with lunch pack for this year son's school, in a few months it's starting ripping off, from straps. Not worth the price. Quality has decreased a lot. Might never buy there again.

Took bag in for warranty repair, told multiple times over six months that they have heard nothing and repairs are backed up, then management change, then we can't find claim check books, then please come back with your receipts ". Then finally today

I had recently bought a piece of tracker luggage from your store in red deer alberta Canada . I had used it only once and took it out of the back of my truck and luggage shell cracked around the wheel. Bentley Red Deer Alberta said it wasn't covered because it wasn't manufactures damage. I'm down $220 because this item is garbage. At the store I was told I could bring it back if the luggage was damaged .

Although most of the selection is lower end, I do usually find what I need. Destiny was really good with helping me find what I wanted and was very friendly! Thanks Destiny!
