Have worked with Paul Henry numerous times. He is very respectful. Does not overcharge or do more than asked. Efficient, kind, intelligent. Good choice for many needs.

Beware: Paul's positive reviews are generic and IMHO could have been generated by colleagues and friends. Please Read: Paul was hired by me and my ex-wife to provide parent coordination. Mr. Henry ignored a history of family violence, provided to him during intake. Instead of problem solving or engaging the process he ignored our case for months at a time. This put both me and my children at heightened state of anxiety and risk of conflict.Danger: Please do not enter into any written agreement with Paul, or any PC, which precludes some reasonable exit from the services by *either or *both parties should the PC not provide some basic services (such as timely response to emails, conformance with the PC Roster Society Guidelines). There is no recourse for you once you sign his contract for services should you believe he or any is negligent. You will be stuck with him and he will continue to ignore your case and bill you. The PC Roster Society offered informal mediation which is simply an opportunity to vent" to another member as they are an organization of professional cheer-leaders. Both the BC Law Society and The BC ombudsman provide no recourse as they say this is not a legal matter.Even the BC Civil Resolution Tribunal is reluctant to challenge the "Legislated Powers of a PC"I have been informed by the ombudsman that the contract for services used by Paul (and other PC's) appears to be unreasonable and should be challenged.I would be happy to discuss
