Terrible experience! I do not recommend it to anyone!I shipped my household stuff from Dubai to Edmonton. Tippet Richardson was selected as Canadian contractor. My cargo arrived to their warehouse in Toronto on 7th of June. Two months later (today is 12th of August) it is still there! Betsy keeps telling me that they are waiting for some other cargo to fill the trailer to dispatch it to Edmonton. How come they cannot find enough cargo to fill one trailer from Toronto to Edmonton for more than two months???The next possible trailer is departing at the end of August!!! And yet, they cannot say if they are going to ship my cargo on this trailer.They just keep saying we are working on this

Stay away from this mover for Cross border moves. Sales rep misrepresented a Shuttle" charge to the tune of $450USD. When move-in date was confirmed but missed without any notice from US destination agent (North American Van Lines) in Arizona
