Currently seems to be the fastest service in the local area. I've gone there twice lately instead of going to either of the locations closer to my home in Abbotsford- even with the drive both ways, it still took less time than my last visit to the closest location to my home! I used the check me in" service for my last Abbotsford visit & still waited in the sun next to blacktop for 45 minutes

Booked an appointment for a covid test for pre departure travel to the us. Apparently they don’t do the testing on site, you have to fill out a form and get a swab kit from shoppers drug mart and then provide lifelabs with the kit to run the diagnostics. Their website was not clear at all about this procedure. Will probably miss my flight or have to take an extra day off work due to this.

Staff was so sweet and recognized I had a 2 hour wait for my glucose test and made it a very comfortable wait by allowing me in a private room with a bed. I was so grateful.

Disgruntled front desk employees who have uneccesary attitude. The place was dirty, especially the bathrooms. Eww! The front staff in my opinion should not be responsible for cleaning so I am guessing their boss is giving them too much work. I will not be going back and recommend driving further away. I have never given Life Labs a bad review before but both my husband and I felt it was deserved.

Despite being very busy, and working under the constraints of the pandemic, the staff are always very friendly and efficient.

What's the point of making an appointment when walk ins are getting in sooner....

Went up to the desk with my Standing Order card from my Dr. Julie helped me, she asked me the usual questions, gave me my cards back attached with a paperclip to LifeLabs paper and told me to have a seat and they would call me soon. I used Save my Spot. I had a wait time of 15 minutes when I sat down. I sat there waiting for 40 minutes and watched as many, many people with no appointments went in right away. I finally had the chance to ask what was going on. I found out that the entire time I was waiting, I wasn't even officially checked in! Not only that, but then she tells me that sorry

(09/16/22). The staffs here are nice and professional. This location is very clean and organized. Overall would recommend this location.

I waited 2.5 hours today. They are very busy and doing their best to keep up. Here are my recommendations for you, so that you can avoid such a long wait. If you are a walk-in like me, download the LifeLabs App and use the Save My Spot feature. You will still have a wait when you get there after the initial check-in, but you will be spared waiting in the giant line outside. If you made an appointment, just hang out near the door (not in the outdoor line) and they will periodically call in all those with appointments. They seemed to be running a little behind, but not too much and the appointments get priority over everyone else. Hopefully this helps you next time you need to get some lab work done!
