Bought an ATV there yesterday, the staff were excellent! I was shocked how quickly to operated to get things done and even coming in on there scheduled days off since I was driving 2.5 hrs to get there on a good weather day. I was recommended by a family friend and recommend you dealing with them. Honest and hard working owners!

They are the best Polaris dealer around. I had a bearing failure last Saturday and I dropped off my sled. They told me that they would have me riding by the next weekend and Wednesday they called and said that my sled was ready to go.Thank You,Bonnie, Rob, Mike and the Team at Rickwards Polaris.

Was waiting on my call for the recent no ride recall, was informed today parts where in, dropped off sled at 12noon , call back by 330 said it was ready to go . Fast , friendly, quick and local , thanks rickwards team for getting me back on the trails in time for this fresh snow .

Overall fantastic experience dealing Rob, Bonnie and Mike, thank you, they made the whole process of purchasing our new Polaris Sportsman 850 a very enjoyable experience. They were helpful, knowledgeable and extremely friendly. Definitely recommend this family owned and operated business. Was worth the drive from Sudbury. The customer service we received from them was exceptional, which we did not receive from anywhere else we called.
