Alex did an amazing job servicing my fireplace, he did not rest until every speck of dirt and dust was gone. He was also able to diagnosis an issue with the starter button, and provided a quote for repair on the spot that seemed very reasonable. Will definitely use Alex and his company again for my fireplace needs.

Shady business practice, no warranty whatsoever. 2.5 months after the fireplace repairs the exact same symptom happened again (Pilot flame not staying on). I called in asking if there is warranty or anything got immediately rejected. Reason being even with the same symptom it could be caused by something else this time. He didn't even want me to explain what's the problem and silenced me with a lots of professional" stuff what he did and potential causes
