Took in 2 items. A stone needing a drilled hole and after examining wife’s gold ring, PROMISED to repair/rebuild it. Owner is very personable and sounds like he knows his stuff. We’ll never know. After multiple promises and 3 weeks He Still hadn’t touched them. Extremely disappointed
