Very poor customer service. Kept suggesting I had a different problem then what I was Actually dealing with. Wouldn't follow through with guarantee of 3 months. Hung up on me, and wouldn't respond to text messages. Dan is not professional.

STAY AWAY AND SAVE YOUR MONEY!!!! RUDE and NOT PROFESSIONAL and DOES NOT get rid of your problem!Worst experience with a company EVER!!! Dan was very rude and disrespectful to work with. He guaranteed 3 months warranty when I called back because he had not dealt with our problem he told me it was my fault that the bugs had not left. That he is the best at his job and nothing was wrong with his work and hung up on me!! Not only does EVERY SERVICE NEEDS AT LEAST 2 TREATMENTS! ... DAN came did one took our money and that was it. Not getting rid of the entire problem and so the bugs returned and RE infested our house... DO NOT contact this company they take your money and DONT DO THEIR JOB!!! Not to mention the worst customer experience I have ever had in my entire life!
