David Koles came and repaired our basement pipe today and was the best. Super nice and friendly, we had great conversation while he fixed the pipe. He was fast and efficient, making sure all the correct steps were followed while also giving valuable advice and guidance to avoid other future plumbing disasters. Extremely knowledgeable, loved the service thanks David!

This was the second time Alex O came to our home to solve our plumbing issue and he was outstanding!He fixed our issue quickly and efficiently. He has a friendly, helpful demeanour which is sometimes lacking in contractors and tradespeople.I hope we never have another plumbing issue. But if we do, I want Alex O to be our contractor. Yes, he’s THAT good!

David Koles came to our house today for fixing few plumbing issues. He was super friendly and helpful. He was knowledgeable and suggested couple of other things to fix. I recommend David for all your plumbing needs.

Placed 2 separate service calls to Enercare. The first was a service call for my hot water heater and, the second was for annual furnace maintenance. Both requests were responded to the same day. Both technicians were friendly, helpful and worked quickly and efficiently. My only criticism is related to making the appointments over the phone. While the person who took my call was friendly and helpful, I was placed on hold several times while the information was verified and the appointments booked. The call took close to 1 hour to complete. Not sure why this took so long. Despite this observation, I am very pleased with Enercare. Strongly recommended.

Competent and professional salesman Remington Paul gave us sound advice while promoting super cost savings. He was not pushy but rather gently persuasive. Knowledgeable, polite, technicians got the job done in record time in a neat and tidy manner.

New combination boiler/water heater was installed within days of speaking to Scott the sales consultant. Mitch and Evan did an amazing job with the installation. Very professional.

Alex O was our plumber today and he helped remove two tooth brushes that my kid had dropped down the sink causing it to clog.We were able to get a service call quickly.Alex O called half hour before he arrived and quickly had the issue resolved quickly. He was professional and stayed to ensure that the water was draining properly without any leaks!
