Finally, they went above and beyond to ensure that my property was able to close in time on the specified day. The remote signing process with Zach was also very well organized and he patiently explained all the legal jargon in a manner that was easy for me to understand. I plan on continuing to use Real Estate Lawyers for other property related items like POA/wills and wouldn't hesitate to use them for any future property transactions down the road.

If you require accuracy and a meticulous experience then I would suggest you look elsewhere. If you don't mind having to provide the same information a few times and having to check the accuracy of their work then RealEstateLawyers.ca will be just fine. This is the second time that I have used their services and I was very satisfied the first time but this last time did not provide the same experience for me.

Very impressed by the service. I was able to close a condo deal during the time of covid with minimal effort. All communication signatures were done digitally and there was no confusion at any time. I was kept upto date with the progress and was clearly communicated the next steps.
