Visited the Scarborough Town Center location and was fortunate enough to be helped an amazing young woman by the name of Teresa. I have a ton of foot problems, and it takes me a while to find the right fit. Teresa was extremely patient with me and offered me plenty of suggestions. She just kept bringing out shoe after shoe and remained very pleasant during the entire process. Teresa, thank you so much for all of your help! Skechers is very lucky to have someone like you representing them! Well done!!

Audhora was a fantastic help today, fast, friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable. Their 50% off 2nd pair means I have 2 incredibly comfortable shoes and cushioned socks.

I was at the STC sketchers store and had a great experience. The store was crazy busy with maybe 30 customers in the store and I saw only 2 staff on the floor.Not only were they quick but I could hear the employees interacting with each customer. They were soooo patient with each customer. I believe Jei helped me with probably 6 different styles and each time I asked for a pair in another style she jumped right on it while still helping other customers. I ended up buying 2 pairs.Way to go Jei and team!!!!!

Brought my MIL here. Christine was very helpful once we explained our needs and showed us the type of shoes we were looking for while highlighting the positives and negatives of each type. It helped my MIL make a decision for the supportive show we needed and we were blown away by how Christine prioritized us while bustling around and manning the counter as well. Great store and customer service.

I had been trying to get the archfit and slip-ins black size 8.5, but it was not available yet. Winnie was instrumental to genuinely help as she was persistent to find the said shoes. Finally, she mentioned of an expected shipment on Wednesday and she even informed to call on that day so she can check if that shoe model will be available. I called and was so delighted that the shoe size I needed was there. As it was a gift for my sister, she tried to fit it but found it a little bit small. Hence, I came back and Hema, another employee was very helpful as I needed to exchange it for size 9. She was enthusiastic to help and got it for me.Thank you so much Winnie for your patience and for going above and beyond amidst the busy operations. My usual place to purchase shoes and never have wrote a review. This time at STC and had to write about Jie. Spent 1.5 hours in the shop and saw her working, smiling, serving with a great attitude and a wonderful heart compared to anyone else in the shop. Keep her, not everyday do we get to Sketchers and get an ‘aha moment’ as a customer, today all four of us left the store with a smile on our face, Thanks Jie and the hiring manager…
