LAZER MANIA

Second Visit of the year. Lots of staff on hand. Staff seems to always be happy. (staff need a little better training as they don't always seem to know what to do or how to do it) had a 10 person group with me. We were told about 25 minute wait which was fine. After about an hour of waiting I went back to the counter to inquire when we might be up. The 5 people behind the counter all looked at each other and then walked over to what I believe to be the manager. This Red haired manager was amazing! Polite level headed down to earth apologetic lady got us in right away. Alot of the vest were having technical issues which meant we didn't get to play the whole round or for my son play at all. After the rounds were over I went to speak to the desk again. This time 7 people were behind the counter. When I asked how we rectify this issue they again all looked at each other until someone went and got the manager(who was busy trying to fix the technical issues) she came over to me and again was very apologetic and did rectify the issue with me with some free passes. We will be returning as my children love laser tag. To the Red hair lady YOUR AMAZING! But you need help keeping those kids in check your only one person and can't fix every problem your self (that's why you have staff)

The black lights, artwork within the Lazer maze creates such an amazing experience. Two stories and great for all ages. My son had nis Birthday party and the kids had a blast. The only issue is that party rooms are a little small and there are open ceilings across which means there is no noise barrier. It can be overwhelming for those who are sensitive to noise. We were not warned about the set up by the staff, so folks should be aware that the games area is where the party rooms are-so bring some money for tokens. Overall, it was a great experience

Haven’t gone in yet as the website says open at 10 and it’s 45 minutes I have been waiting, lights are on and the open sign is on. I think it’s time to update your website or maybe not have lights n open sign on, my son was very sad n bored waiting an hour to open

Reasonable price, lots of fun. My kids always love coming here for a game or two. The arcade is ok, there are a lot of machines out of order every time we visit. It's also mostly focused on ticket payout games without many just good fun to play games. The staff are friendly and helpful, and the place while looking a bit worn is kept very clean, especially the bathrooms.

3.5 star , went for kids birthday party ..nice little set up and conveniently situated close to highway . Few party halls, Laser tag on site with arcade games but most of them were out of service . Reasonably priced and decent place to hang out for couple of hours

Went here for the first time with a couple of friends and absolutely loved it! Dia helped us decide what package to get and made our visit 10x smoother. She told us what times were good to come and what games were best to play with our party.

Had a blast with the kids here on the weekend. Lazer game area is bigger than I thought and had a lot of cool hideouts/2nd level spots. Kids enjoyed all the arcade games as well. Great way to spend a few hours. Will be back.

Nice one off spot to take the kids. Good laser tag maze, but the floors were very slippery especially the ramps which were actually quite dangerous. My kids (10 and 8 yrs old) slipped and fell numerous times and they were not running as we stayed together the whole time due to how dangerous and slippery it was. When I mentioned this to staff they said it was due to the fog inside the maze. If this is the case this needs to be shut off. We've done many other laser tag places over the years and this has never been an issue. The place in general was decent, but extremely understaffed for over the holiday break. Two teenagers were left to handle the whole arcade, run the birthday party area, including F&B and run the laser tag. They both worked their butts off. I mentioned how impressed I was of their efforts when there. Due to how slippery the maze was, my kids were not able to really take part in the full experience.

Had our daughter's 6th birthday here. Overall everyone had a great time and the set up and organization was easy and efficient.Price point for the birthday party was reasonable and i would say fair value.Would defintely recommend as a birthday party option.

Went with the children for a field trip and I’d have to say it was pretty disappointing to hear that the equipment wasn’t working properly. The kids couldn’t tell what gun they were using as the light was burnt out and guns would glitch and would stop shooting. The ticket redeemer was broken and once they “fixed it” it was printing out blank receipts. Staff was NOT friendly at all and in fact very rude to the children. Also if you wanted to break a $20 they couldn’t do that either, we had to go the the gas station to get change. Overall unsatisfied and don’t recommend this place!
