We contracted Millstreet for a big renovation: kitchen, 2 full bathrooms, 1 toilet room, patio doors, bathroom window, 1st level floors. The crew was in our house for a long time while we were working from home.COVID made logistic challenging, some faucets I ordered from another company could not be delivered on time. Troy’s calmness and his knowledge of the supply chain came very handy as we were able to change the orders on-the-go. The crew experience was evident, the carpenter's skills were obvious. The whole project needed a lot of coordination, in terms of time and materials, everything went smoothly. Importantly, there was no hidden cost. The final price is exactly as agreed in the beginning.After all, I am not surprised so many families in my neighbourhood use Millstreet (We live in Streetsville, east of Credit River, and I talked to a few neighbours about their experience with Millstreet prior to signing in).Reasonable cost and great results!

We recently finished a second kitchen renovation with Millstreet Kitchens and are very happy with the results! Getting our home renovated was a very exciting time and we were beyond happy with the outcome. Two years later and we still love our new space. Millstreet was the perfect partner for our Reno, which went well beyond the kitchen and consisted of a full home Reno. I contracted Millstreet Kitchen Design after soliciting quotes and design ideas from 4 different kitchen and design renovation companies. Troy was not the cheapest, but also not the most expensive. His design was perfect for what we wanted to accomplish. He listened to what we didn't like about our old kitchen and came up with a great design. The cabinets and finishes are very high quality.The project took 7 weeks and included a complete gut of our old kitchen... floors, lighting, wall removal, door enclosure, cabinets. The crew was professional, polite, responsive and tidy. They were very considerate and made every effort not to be too disruptive given we were working from home through the renovations. This is not something we asked for, but they were just very considerate.The end result is great... I love my new kitchen! The project was completed on time and on budget. I would highly recommend Troy and Millstreet Kitchen Design.

Millstreet Kitchen Design recently remodeled our kitchen, and we couldn't be happier with the outcome! Like a piece of art!!Troy was a pleasure to work with. He took the time to understand our needs and wants, he was open to new suggestions/ ideas, and was extremely helpful throughout the entire job.Troy's beautiful wife Ann, was also very helpful at the showroom, giving us ideas and designs.Troy's team : Phil, Stuart and Jake were extremely professional, punctual and very courteous and friendly.They always ensured the jobsite remained clean at all times.Phil, who did all the electrical work, did a great job running all the lights around the kitchen and installing all the appliances.Stuart, the carpenter with a great sense of humor, created the pillar just as we designed it.Overall, the kitchen looks absolutely breathtaking and every person that has seen it since has been amazed by the complete transformation of this kitchen.I would definitely recommend Millstreet Kitchen to anyone looking for renovations to their home, they are an absolute pleasure to work with.Thank you Troy, keep up the good work!

This place is getting a one star not for their service I’m sure they are great but for the troll they have renting upstairs. Truly can’t even begin to describe the cancer living in that building. Imagine it was 11 at night and my friend was helping me park my car on the street and he starts screaming at us to keep it down. You live one floor from a public street. So even if we weren’t loud it’s going to sound loud. To make matters worse he called the cops on us to give us tickets. What a joke. Not to mention he was screaming racial slurs to pedestrians on the street.

In the fall of 2018 we hired Millstreet Kitchen Design to renovate our kitchen and ensuite bathroom, replace the carpeting in our family room, dining room, stairs and hall with hardwood, replace our front entrance and laundry room flooring, revamp our front hall closet and install another closet in the laundry area.Troy and Sherri did a great job on the design of the kitchen and bathroom, and were very helpful walking us through the entire process, and keeping us on track. The scope of work and pay schedule were detailed well in the contract helping reduce miscommunication. They were also flexible when we wanted to change or add to the project.We are extremely pleased with the work that was done. Rob and Stu, who were fixtures in our home for 13 weeks, along with the rest of the crew did a great job. They treated us and our home with respect. The house was cleaned up every evening before they left. The workmanship and attention to detail was excellent.Based on our experience I would definitely recommend Millstreet Kitchen Design.Here is one of my favorite before and after pictures of our kitchen.
