Memorial Funeral Home

The staff/employees provided us with an excellent funeral service. Because of COVID, there were restrictions but they assisted us and helped us better understand the services that were available to provide. The staff was very patient with us as well. Our family is very religious, so we have a certain steps we need to take when we're commemorating our loved one. They were able to make the necessary arrangements we needed and accommodated a lot of other things. The staff went above and beyond what was necessary. They offered assistance and advice, was very professional, and showed compassion and sympathy towards our loved one which we really appreciated. We would recommend this Funeral Home.

Overall the funeral was a success. Everyone at Memorial is courteous and polite. The items/products were good. Communication is very important and that is one area that I found was lacking. No need to go into specifics.Thank you again to Samantha and Jennifer for their help.

The staff at Memorial Funeral Home were thoughtful, caring and may I say loving. Their ability and willingness to be accommodating to all our needs even those that were last minute made saying goodbye to a lost child easier. Not that this would ever be a thing that anyone should ever have to do, the staff helped to diminish the pain as much as possible. Thank you so much for your thoughtfulness ,understanding and heartfelt support.
