Such a great place and it is free! Be sure to take the tours and talk to the guides. There are such amazing stories hiding in plain sight! We went in late August and it was not busy at all, a shame for such a great place.

I was amazed that the tour for this was free. The tour guide was very friendly and very knowledgeable about the house and the Roosevelt's. It's a worthwhile visit if you're in the area.

Great way to appreciate to see the Roosevelt summer home and learn some history. The home is well maintained and has original or replicas of many items. This is a beautiful setting within minutes of crossing the border at Lubec. Staff are friendly and relaxed.
