If you live in the Kenyon area I recommend all other internet providers before this company if it's your only option still skip them. They lie about the speeds they offer to get you in a contract so when your not getting the speed an service you pay for you won't be able to get your money back. There customer service is a joke only available part of the time and are rude and unhelpful an nothing ever gets fixed and comically your always the problem or it looks good on our end even though your service will be out or barely working which is more than a majority of the time if not daily. Heck just look at the other reviews the only way they can get there stars up is to create fake reviews and have family and friends write there praise up.

I was having trouble with their 5/15 mbps package. They said for $10 I could upgrade to the 7/22 mbps package and the speeds are still reading practically the same as before. With the 7/22 I am usually getting 2/12. Customer service has never been bad. I just wish I could get what I am paying for. I have a pretty nice router, I also have the same issues when I connect the Ethernet cable to the device I am using.

The lady who is a customer service employee there is very disrespectful and they treat their customers like they are nothing. Half of the month the internet works and half of the month it doesn't. When you call in they blame you for their service issues or they don't even answer the phone. I tried paying the bill on the last day of the month and there must have been an issue with their system because it didn't go through so they think I owe them a 25 dollar late fee for 10 hours! Mind you, I have never been late paying the bill in all the years we have had service with them and I was told I play the system. Excuse me!?! I was also told that I should have common sense. I can't believe any business would treat their customers this way! I am tired of being treated like this...I would not recommend this business!

Terrible is an understatement. Constantly no internet"...really. They will try to blame it on you. I have a better support system with my dogs than I do with them. No one to help because they work bankers hours. I have others in my area that went with a different provider. I will be doing the same. I pay for a monthly service not a maybe hourly service."

Absolute joke, 2 good employees there, James and Bob. Service consistency is terrible, very rarely get close to what you pay for. Just auto paid 6 monthes,, which for a strange reason we were NOT approved to do so, and service gets worse. Before due time it magically gets better? Contemplating civil case. Up to speeds refers to weather and usage demands, not what speed you decide to allow accounts too. Everybody needs to do speed tests on a regular basis, if you pay for 30 and never get over 25, you're getting robbed.

My experience with RL has gone from mediocre to real bad in the last year. For some reason they cannot provide a reliable connection. The service is on and off numerous times a day. I spent 4 months trying to impress upon them that they needed to fix their equipment so as to provide more reliable service. I don't know if they didn't know why it didn't work, didn't care it didn't work, or was just embarrassed that it didn't work, but they would never acknowledge it didn't work and ignore any concerns I shared. I even emailed the owner Daniel P. with all the issues I was having but he never bothered to respond. As I researched other options I was pleased to learn I could sign up for Starlink even though it is still in beta.(So yes, there are other options now or just around the bend) I am so pleased with the performance and down/up load speeds and especially the reliability. I would prefer doing business with a local company for internet but RL just doesn't seem to care.

We have been with radio link internet for 7 years. This has been a horrible experience since day 1!! We were not offered other options in our area until recently and they know that therefore they continue to make it your fault that your internet does not work. However; upon hooking up our new service to our same router it was clear that was not the case. With Radiolink we barley pulled 2mbps and now we are pulling 30mbps. Clearly a quality issue. I would have completely understood if they ever indicated that it was due to my location but not once did they indicate such.I have no internet half of the month, and honestly more times than I do!! The lady or the mom who answers the phone is rude, monotone, and unprofessional. She even suggested that my new internet company take down their equipment. Pffttt!!! It shall stay on the side of my house where it was installed 7 years ago until they would like to take responsibility for something for once and remove it themselves.Suggestion to anyone considering....don’t be foolish like me....get LTD broadband it took a while but they are in my area now and might be in yours!!!

Complete joke of a company. We've had their service since 2013 (3+ yrs), and have reached the end of our patience.We were promised (and pay for) a 15Mb downlink. Never got anything near that. Real world 9Mb is the absolute best case. It crawls to 2Mb or less frequently - during the day, evenings, weekends, holidays etc. Recently we had over 60 outages of up to an hour each over a 2 week period.They've flat out admitted to us that their network is overloaded. They have lied constantly about planned capacity upgrades that never actually happen. Their customer service is at times incompetent, at others downright hostile. The one time we actually received attentive service was when they wanted to chase up a one-off late payment. That should tell you everything you need to know about the kind of people you're dealing with.Only consider these clowns if there's no other provider in the area. Actually, don't do that. Move house. It's less painful.

Worst customer service I have experienced in a very long time. Had to make frequent calls to have them update the equipment. Saved yourself the trouble. I went with tmobile home Internet for cheaper and 7 times faster speeds.

I’ve never left a review before but I have had it with this company! We don’t get near the speeds we pay for and half the time get nothing at all. Whenever I’ve called or emailed the issues are always blamed on the router. I bought 2 new routers in the last year so that’s definitely not the issue. On more than one occasion the service goes down over a weekend or holiday and no one answers either the main number or tech number so we’re without service until a business day. We will be switching providers Monday morning!
