My friend is eddy. I'm Michelle. My experience with true north is the best I've ever had in any of the methadone clinics I've been to. Very clean facilit, staff is very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend true north to anyone looking to kick their addiction.

Dr.Nawab is the best doctor I've met . He really wants to help his clients and youth can genuinely feel cared about.P.s the lovely ladies at the front desk are absolutely fabulous .Always chipper and greet you with a smile. Thanks for all your help . Keep up the fantastic work .

I go here currently (not for much longer) I'm using a different name since I don't want to use my real name for this review. I absolutely love this place but my god everytime I call to speak to a doctor from mon-sat I never get a call back. Today is one of those days that I really need to speak to the doctor and all-day I waited but no call. It's bitter sweet cause today was the last straw! I made a commitment to them that I would ALWAYS tell them the truth and Thiers was that they'd always be there if I needed help. But when you need it they never call you back! I don't understand how you can just no return a call when your patients call for help. Been coming here since 2018 now I have to find another clinic. So ridiculous

I was being treated through another Hospital in Toronto, by Dr. Damian Rzeznikiewiz and Dr. Roberta Crossman via video call.Both were very unhelpful or unprofessional, and Dr. Damian Rzeznikiewiz was outright derogatory and condescending. They made one of the most difficult situations of my life that much more arduous, and set me back in my treatment.

Dr. Damien is the best doctor for addiction I’ve had True North clinic is really good in Windsor also. When I was in Toronto I was going to Coderix right across the street and st mikes clinic also right across the street then moved to Windsor and started going to true north there. Met dr Damien and now I moved back and was worried I was going to have to go back to my old clinic but he’s also in Toronto so yea would def recommend this clinic and doctor.
