I was in a bad situation that I had to call for a taxi though I had to pay 48$ for a 14 km min drive, which is a bit expensive in my opinion... My drive was from Tide Head (NB) to Matapédia (QC). I wish there was a chart somewhere so we can have a heads up about the approx. price we would pay for the drive :/ Nevertheless, I desperately needed a drive and got what I asked for :)

They sometimes answer and sometimes not I find peoples answering the phones don’t know much about the company and can not give good Informations for pricings befor I never had problem there a lady and man work before always great humour and good informations always on time company is going grossNight times I call few times when I need but driver doesn’t seem to pick me up at good time and many time I never got pick up at all and he say 30 mins no one show. I call centralNew driver I see lately I said no for drive he look intoxicate I see him get out of car a second and he staggerThey get good employee n den they don’t keep them say is bad management problemI got told doze who answer phone get pay 5 to 8 dollarz cash. That’s bad da owner should apprécie da staff

The best thing is we can pay with debit/credit card.

I called them and they totals that it will be about 45 minutes until the driver arrives. I told them that’s fine and I stared to wait. After 1hour and 30 minutes there was still no one. I called them and they told me that they only have one driver. How can you have a taxi business with only one driver? This is just stupid. Wouldn’t recommend if you need to be on time…That happened two days in a row

I used this cab company regularly for about a month. Never had any problems.Last night they gave me the run around for two hours, then they left me stranded and wouldn't answer my calls. Won't be calling them again after that experience.
