They are ok

My family and I were nearly killed while driving today when someone driving one of these vehicles failed to pay attention and drove into my lane. The driver noticed me honking my horn and laughed. Based on the lack of attention paid to such an important task as driving, I wouldn't trust this company to pay attention to any task they undertake.

Cadillac Construction demolished my house in the east end of St. John’s. They did a great job and I wanted to give them a shout out. I don’t write many reviews. I expect businesses to provide good service and value. But, Cadillac exceeded my expectations.What’s a good demolition look like? Its safe, compliant with City regulations, clean, quick and minimal impact on the neighbouring properties. Cadillac met all these requirements.Safety: To ensure safety and unexpected issues, Cadillac did a walk through of the house the day prior to the demolition. During the Work, a flag person was assigned to control traffic. Post demolition, the sides of the excavation were sloped and the area fenced.Regulatory Compliance: I had already received the permit for demolition. However, a water deferral permit was also required, which Cadillac obtained.Clean: There was no debris on any of my neighbour’s property. Also, we asked that the neighbours move their cars to avoid dust issues.Quick: With five dump dump trucks assigned to the work and one bucket, the Work was completed within one day.Minimal Impact: With a quick, clean execution, I didn’t have any complaints from the neighbours. In fact, one of the neighbours emailed me indicating the quality of the work.Overall, a great job done by Pierce Brennan and his team at Cadillac Construction.Bill O’Keefe
