Kudos to Simply Health for having an uncommonly knowledgeable and helpful health adviser Irene as part of its staff complement. If you are lucky enough to meet her in one of the two stores view it as a very lucky day and take her balanced suggestions seriously. I benefited hugely from it and would pay for it and its free at Simply Health.

This store is Very unfriendly and I had a very unprofessional experience, I went there twice on two different occasions and both times I was not greeted ( mind you I was the only customer at the store) the cashier barely even replied upon asking how are you" yeah for a whole food store they sure don't have a whole sense of customer service. My co-worker had the same experience. Don't support a business that is non-ethical folks!"

They are usually good to visit but this past Sunday (8th), I was trying to buy some essential oil and they didn't want me to get the discount. Then they don't let me buy. My partner went and bought for me instead. I've been going there a long time too. Maybe she afraid of Native people - don't know but the other workers there are ok with it.

This place is awesome. It's my go-to shop for Oregano Oil and energy bars if I need a healthy snack. The staff are very knowledgeable and friendly. And regarding Diego Nguyens comment, I work with him and he only gave a bad review because he demanded a discount and wasn't given it because Simply Health isn't a flea market where you can barter price lol. It's an a wonderful shop, ignore that drama queen.

The new management don't know how to deal with customers. ..she shouldn't be at the front. With that happens the owner well lose lots of business. ....please the owner should consider. .. .in good business. ..

This is the main health food store that I go to as it is very close to my house. The owner and staff are very nice and they are all very knowledgeable about the products. The store also offers customer appreciation days with % off the products which is a bonus. I would for sure recommend this place!

I was at the store looking for specific items. I was pleasantly surprise that most of their staffs have a pharmacy, herbalist or homeopathy background.Right product was given with enough information. They have the WOW factor!

The staff at this location are all very knowledgeable and they are more than enthusiastic to help you find a product best suited for you. Their prices are very reasonable and they have a great selection of products. This location is definitely worth a visit!
