Took water bottles to be engraved for my wedding party and myself! Absolutely amazing! He was so accommodating and did them right then and there! Can’t beat his prices and so nice! Love his pups as well!! Would always recommend!!

I ordered Friday and asked for specific measurements and sent a sample pic. The order was done the next day! and shipped immediately! They are very accomodating with what you like and send you samples before making it! Will definetely order again!

Poor quality products and terrible customer service. We have been making welding caps for a long time. We have sent pictures of the cut quality of the products we received to a few other sign shops and they said quality like that should have never been sent out. There was burrs left on the product, wavy edges and sharp edges. The owner said at first he wouldn’t refund me and I should join a Facebook group instead to resolve my issues. I think the seller Rodney maybe needs to join a Facebook group in customer service and how to provide a quality product to his customers. I told him I would return the product but he should cover shipping since it was due to poor quality product he sent us. Why should the customer have to pay for that. The seller is very ignorants.

Did a fantastic job, extremely reasonably priced, and it was done quicker than I would have thought possible. I appreciate the work, and 100% recommend to anyone who is looking for engraving done.

We had a leather Bible we wanted to engrave as a gift. We did a lot of research and work, narrowing it down to what we thought was the best choice. We were running out of time to get it done so I sacrificed some daytime work time to get it done. I had spoken with one place that said he could do it and was open 7:30-3:30. I drove there 2 days later and it was closed. The phone wasn’t answered and the doors were locked with no messages or notices. I stuck around for a while and kept calling back. Never got through and never heard back. Out of time and in a panic, we found Artful Laser Co. Rodney was a Godsend. He quickly provided better information than anyone we had spoken to previously about the process, sent us mock-ups of what it would look like within a couple minutes of reaching out to him, and fit me in that day. As an added bonus, I got to watch the laser engraving process, which was fascinating, all the while being kept company with one of the friendliest dogs you’ll ever meet. Rodney then charged me the lowest price that anyone had quoted so we insisted on paying more. He completely saved the day and we’re so glad we came across him. Highly recommend him!

Getting married on Saturday, find out my flasks will be arriving later than I hoped, got in contact with him a couple days before to prep as much as we could. Once I got the flasks to him, he had them ready before I was awake the morning after! Can't beat the pricing or the quality! 10/10 thank you for giving me a piece of mind in this crazy week I'm having!
