I don't typically write reviews but Winston has been absolutely amazing in helping us find a home. He really goes above and beyond to help out his client and is extremely responsive to any questions that I have. Throughout the whole process, Winston has been guiding and providing valuable information on the market and advised us what we should look out for. What I enjoyed most about working with Winston is that he does not pressure you to make any decision and in fact he will actually talk me out of overspending if it was not necessary. He really takes your particular situation into account and makes great recommendations on what to do. For me, it was around not bidding above a certain amount even though I may have a bit more money to spend. My mortgage pre-approval still had a condition that I had to meet and it would be too risky to bid any higher incase I did not get the full amount I was approved for. Overall, I found Winston to be very knowledgable about all aspect of the real estate process and market and I highly recommend Winston to anyone looking for a realtor.
