Ordered a coat online with a delivery to Toronto. Delivery was super fast. The customer service was exceptional (thank you Carlo!) and the coat was everything. You can see and feel the quality of this coat as soon at it is in your hands. It looks very high end and the fit was perfect, very form fitting but not tight, just as I wanted it to be. I LOVE my coat and am so happy I decided to purchase one from this store. Highly recommend.

They don't know anything about respecting customer. everything is final sale even when it's new arrival and if you changes your mind a second after you pay, they won't refund and take it back because they know how cheap their products are compare to the price they sell. I bought a jacket years ago before they bankrupt probably due to the reason that they don't know what's a fair and good business is! I brought the jacket the next day since the size was not right for me and the tag was still attached to it. They behave so rudely and didn't take it back and refund. After many hours of arguing and threatening to call police! they finally accept to give a receipt for exchange which later that I came to use that receipt again they been extremely rude and trying to limit my purchase to few boring jackets that they had and lying that some products there are not for their brand etc. horrible experience and I'm not recommending them.By the way don't fool by the 5 star reviews because most of them are fake. if you read comments you will see a lot of people having same experience.

I have purchased a jacket from Sicily last year and the hood's string broke after less than a week.The jacket, after a year looks very bad, bulky and all the feathers are gathered in one spot. Their price is unjustifiable for the quality they offer. I do not recommend. Crying after my money.

I have bought winter jackets here and the quality is great. They also have some quality accessories to buy with your jacket. The articles can seem expensive, but they are worth it for the quality.

Customer service is awful here. I had bought the France Long Wool coat from them on my recent trip to Montreal because I had seen the coat at Manteaux Manteaux; however, Manteaux Manteaux didn't have my size so I went directly to Sicily where they had my coat. Upon bringing it home to Alberta, I noticed that there were two snags in the hood of the coat. When I emailed their customer service, the tone was accusatory indicating that I had done the snags; however, I had not even worn the jacket let alone removed the tag.It was finally agreed that they would repair the snags and cover the shipping for me to send it to them from Alberta. They returned the coat and the repairs were poorly done and they didn't refund me for the shipping expense even though they stated they would in the email exchange.They have since ignored my emails regarding the shipping costs.It was a very disappointing experience because the coat was quite beautiful.

I bought a jacket and shoes, I am happy with my purchase, also the manager Marco was very nice man.

Seriously the BEST customer service in all of Montreal and possibly all of Canada! I emailed and Charles responded right away even at 12am. I couldn't reach the store and emailed Charles again and he instead called me on my cellphone on his vacation to let me know he had shipped two coats I was requesting - how amazing is that (I'm on a business trip to Montreal and fell in love with Sicily Clothing's high quality items). At the store, Marco was AMAZING! He was helpful, patient, have great advice and even gave me a token from the store - I swear this place is amazing for your winter wear. I am from Vancouver and it doesn't get that cold but I knew I wanted something from Sicily Clothing when I saw their high quality and under warranty items. If you see their coats, do not hesitate to buy because this is a great business that truly stands behind their products! I will continue to buy in the future as well as recommend to all my friends, family and colleagues. Thank you Sicily Clothing for showin me the best customer service I ever received!

The manager Marco is a nasty person, really treats clients super nasty. He is all sweet talk into buying the sale low quality shoes, but once you have a complaint and want to get a return or even exchange he offers no solution and treats you like you have no value. Horrible person. Don't support this commerce! I bought Skechers snow boots and he said they were well insulated and perfect for Montreal winter weather, and they are not, my feet get wet. It is no way to great clients and now that I read the reviews of everyone, I see even their own lether products so high end" are not sturdy and good quality."

I bought this on october 23.2022 ( MARISSA SICILY - at brown store)I have only worn it a few times but it doesn't quality even though it costs 525 Cad , its keychain is peeling paint looks bad , i have a Canada Goose jacket 4 years old but it has no problem , i am really disappointed because of this product , i bought it for not cheap price but i think it will look cheap in a short time , i will never buy this brand product again .

We used to go to the store on Mont Royal street. This new location is huge! Vast selection of high quality coats and shoes. Definitely worth a trip even if you’re not in the area. Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable
