Stem to Stern Massage Clinic

I had a Craniosacral treatment done last week. I have never had this before: it was AMAZING! It was super gentle but really affective! I've always had anxiety and mental health issues that sometimes make daily life a struggle. This relaxed and balanced me mentally and physically! I will definitely be returning for more. This massage clinic has a welcoming, calming atmosphere. My therapist, Samantha, is extremely knowledgeable in treatment for my arthritis and overall body pain. She showed me suggestions on how to do stretches at home for pain management. Samantha is a miracle worker in alleviating pain!

1st REVIEW 3 STAR. 2ND REVIEW 5 STAR1. A lovely location and pleasant but only got about 35 min of reflexology time, should have been 45. Felt it was more afoot massage rather than what I have experienced as reflexology in the past. Did not come out with that awesome feeling of walking on air that I am use to.2. I left the above review after my first visit to Stem and Stern. Samantha the owner was very concerned and contacted me to discuss. She appreciated the constructive criticism I gave her and discussed the steps she would take to provide further training for her therapist. She also offered a free reflexology session to to be administered by herself. Today I had the pleasure of a session with her. It was wonderful and I will be booking with her again. Samantha is a natural, she knows what she is doing and you leave feeling like your body has been listened to and has received what it needs. I have Happy Feet. My rating ha gone from a 3 STAR TO A 5 STAR.Thankyou Samantha ☺️

This is an amazing clinic. I started out with a foot massage that I won from Seaside Magazine but, progressed to legs and muscles around my knees. Sam worked wonders on my not only my extremely tight muscles but also on my spirit. I highly recommend going. Sam is the massage whisperer!!!

This is one of the best massage clinics I have ever been to. The owner, Samantha, knows exactly how to focus on your specific ailments and can quickly understand other areas that might be in need of therapy. This clinic is a must!

I've planned a whole weekend trip around coming back to see Samantha at Stem to Stern. The entire experience around our first visit was outstanding in every way, from booking & intake through to completion of our treatments.. Both my friend & I had relaxation massage. As a practicioner & bodywork educator, I can confidently say that it was one of the best treatments I have ever had. Looking forward to having reflexology tomorrow.

Great knowledge and technique dealing with several issues that have been very difficult; my back, my new knee that won't bend and very bad arthritis in my feet. Samantha is very strong and very in tune with the my body, my needs and what I need to do to get stronger as well. She takes me carefully through everything that she is doing and why. She is one of the best therapists I have encountered and I am grateful she is so close to where I live !
