Yesterday I visited your store for exchanging my shoes. It was the product on display and I didn’t wear it even once. But the attendant said that it is used and can’t exchanged. Her behaviour was so rude and disrespectful. I am very disappointed with the service and product.

My wife and I bought shoes at The Shoe Company recently. The customer service and product selection were amazing! Brenda assisted my wife, who uses a walker, with choosing and tying her shoes which was much appreciated! Brenda and Vashini helped us immensely. The Shoe Company is now our go to" shoe store!"
