Muskoka Delivery Service
Ever since this company was bought out the service has gone downhill. They're clearly understaffed. They'll hold onto your package for days before tracking shows out for delivery, then tracking will claim attempted delivery when there was no attempt seen on camera and no note left on door. Especially annoying is that they deliver for UPS in Muskoka, which means by the time you actually get your package it can be a week after the expected delivery date or longer.

TERRIBLE. Last week my UPS international priority shipment arrived at Muskoka Delivery Service on Wednesday morning. They did not deliver on Wednesday, Thursday, or Friday. When I called UPS they told me that they had no scheduled deliver date, even for the following week, and that I had to pick it up myself. Took them 20 minutes to find it when I drove to them to get it. Same thing happening again this week. My international priority package is sitting collecting dust, heir phone number is not working, and even though UPS has requested they call me, several times, nothing has happened. I could go on, but I'll end it here.

Unfortunately UPS uses Muskoka Delivery Service as the local carrier and I can honestly say in the past year the service has become so bad that we have moved to using Fedex as our carrier and have never had a single problem. Shipments that have been out for delivery" multiple times with "labels" being left on the door since we were apparently closed but we run a 24x7 operation. Funny how our security cameras show that no one even bothered showing up. Read all the other reviews and stay away from this carrier if you actually want to receive your items on time let alone actually receiving them."

This delivery facility rates in the negatives. They change delivery instruction and never deliver to my house. They said at customers request that I was to pick up at Depot which was not true. Then when I went and picked up they gave me 2 packages for neighbors on my street to deliver. I can't believe they are a part of UPS with this terrible customer service.

Aweful aweful awful not one representative could give me the same answer twice. First it was your item is lost file a claim" then when I had issues filing a claim (site said it was delivered to me even though the tracking says otherwise) it was "your package is at the local centre ready for pick-up" then it was "no we handed the package off to usps/Canada post and we have no idea where it is" and when i talked to the local post they said they haven't recieved it and can't help me at all so ups get your stuff together. Such an awful experience I will avoid any company that uses ups to ship"

Every single time I get a package through them it's late, not delivered, or an absolute annoyance to try reaching anyone there. It's a piss off that other companies go through Muskoka once the package reaches Sudbury. Terrible, terrible company.Trying to call them is even worse. They have no option to speak to anyone at the depot in Garson and the automated line just tells you to call the original shipping company with any issues. They are so bad that they know they piss people off and just throw the customers towards the original shipper instead to deal with it.

These used to be a good delivery company...not anymore. I will never send anything with this company and to be honest it's very rare I receive anything because the drivers are just too dam lazy to deliver. Unless you live along the hwy or in town you get a 'hold for pick-up' note put on your parcel. I don't drive so it means I have to get a taxi costing over $100 to take me to get it. The reason I order things online is because I CANT GET TO THE STORE TO BUY IT I wish I could give it less than a 1 star but unfortunately they think they deserve at least a 1 star....THEY DON"T"

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE!!!!For weeks I was wondering where my packages were (hoping they would arrive before Christmas). UPS sub contracts out to Muskoka. UPS tracking said that they were delivered in Sudbury. I was not notified where to pick-up my packages. I would have much rather to have picked them up rather than have them sit around somewhere for weeks before they were delivered... IF they would have been delivered. There is no local number to call and when I finally reached the corporate office they failed to accept responsibility nor did they offer to provide assistance.

I didn’t catch the delivery driver when he got to my house because I was at work. No slip was left, unfortunately, but when I went to the site, ten mins before they closed which sucks, the lady was very receptive with me and offered to have the package held at the facility instead of being delivered to my home so I wouldn’t miss it again. Pretty good experience, considering she didn’t have to offer at all. :)
