Club Piscine Super Fitness

They only care about money. I ordered a gazebo and gave a down payment. They gave me a delivery date on a Sunday then tried to blame me because they don’t deliver on Sundays and I didn’t call to confirm. I’m not an employee of Club Piscine so why would I do their job? I got a new delivery date for the next day. I was told I didn’t have to be home. They called before delivering to say I owed them the balance upon delivery. I paid for installation too which was included in the total. They were only coming to install the next day, so, I refused to pay for a half service and didn’t trust they would show up to install my gazebo. We only have 24 hours to report if the product was received in good condition but how would I know if it has t been installed yet? When I called Sunday after a few hours of waiting they just kept transferring me to one clueless person after another. It was a horrible and stressful experience. I’ve never had to pay for a half service from any company in my whole life.

Horrible service. Bought natural stone" for replacing sand filter. They recommended to buy 7 bags. One bag was extra after getting the job done so I brought it back for return on my next visit. While sand/stones last millions of year on a beach

The service level provided by the sales team and after sales team was exceptional. I submitted a quote for a pool and received a response from Manuel in less than 24 hours. I then received a phone call from him to review the quote.When we went to visit the store, again we received super informative service from the sales director (Andre, I believe).I can tell you that Club Piscine was not our first choice (we went to Trevi first). But the service received at Club Piscine was at a totally different level and the prices were better. Don't waste your time at Trevi...Club Piscine will take care of you so much better.

Very difficult to have any service with Club Piscine.Very quick to sell you a pool but the follow up and customer service experience after the sale is horrible.When I call to ask about my installation they brush me off and say it’s not us it’s the installers but yet I paid Club Piscine and not the installers

We had our semi-inground pool installed 2 months ago we bought it from ClubPiscine Blainville. I don’t have many good things to say about the whole process. It’s a poor service and communication end to end. Sellers try to push you a pool without a clear explanation of the pieces of equipment and options. They sold me a add-on step that does not fit the border of the pool and they do not install it for you. You are left to your own luck to make it fit. The excavation team will find a bunch of extra costs to charge you at the moment of excavation so you have no choice and the pool instalation team leaves a mess behind including boxes and litter everywhere. I had to call them multiple times after instalation because the pool filter was not working. I ended up fixing the issue myself. It was an installation issue. Now after 2 months we are still finding a bunch of minor installation defects on the pool, screw not well placed, etc etc.I would definitely buy from someone else.

We recently had to change our pool (the previous one was old and the structure not very trustworthy). We went shopping last winter for a new pool at Club Piscine Blainville (which is where we always shop); we were promptly assisted by a Sales representative who was very attentive, professional and friendly. She took her time to explain the different choices... We left with a contract for a wood-panel pool.By mid-May, I contacted our Sales rep, who promptly advised me I would soon get a call to arrange for delivery and installation - both happened within a couple of weeks of my call.The crew that came to do the installation was very professional and friendly... there was even a part missing in the boxes that were delivered (which stopped them from completing the installation in one day), but Club Piscine arranged to have the part shipped by courier the same day. The same crew returned early the following day to complete the installation - we were wowed by the excellent service!Recently, we were in need of service. I contacted our Sales rep who referred us to an after-sale rep. The turnaround was very fast and efficient, within a couple of days and after a couple of emails, our after-sale rep had quickly arranged to have a technician come to service the pool and correct the issue we were having. I can't thank her enough for how quickly she acknowledged our issue. And it was no surprise that the technician was super professional and efficient.I have nothing but good things to say from every single person and every single department we have dealt with at Club Piscine in Blainville.We are extremely satisfied with their products, but mostly with the quality of their amazing service!

Our Sales guy Manuel was very helpful. He pointed out key important features and comfort features which helped decide the right Spa for us. The Manager/director of the Store (Alex) is very customer service oriented and it shows by the way everyone in the store pays attention to clients needs. I highly recommend purchasing from this store. We received our unit this week and we love it.

Purchased a Vissher Gazebo (Kenowa) in 2020. I needed to replace to vinyl windows with frame but VISSHER has ZERO customer service. I went to Club Piscine Blainville and Jonathan (Director) solved our issue. He obtained 2 windows for us and he went out of his way to help a client. Thank you Jonathan.

Absolutely enjoyed the service at this Club Piscine, very good customer support, my case took a big longer and the manager stayed even after closing hours by about 15 min to get my order in, very helpful. Would definitely recommend!
