Waves Coffee House - City Point
Came in with the family on a rainy day. Ordered a caramel macchiato and a cranberry blueberry scone. Jessica took our order and her customer service was on point. Coffee was delicious best one I had all day. Scone was yummy too. Environment was great. We each waited for our coffee and tea but I knew that the wait was worth it because we could tell each coffee and tea was made with care. You can def taste. Would recommend and love to come back. Thanks Jessica!

Ever wondered how a coffee makes your day? Well, it's the person, that infectious smile and display of a great poise.I have been visiting this store for some time and the staff is amazing, always courteous and helpful. Ralph and other morning staff are the true value makers for this location. I highly recommend this place to try out their coffees and bakery items.Thanks a lot Waves team....:)

Lovely, calm spot with a great variety of vegan and nondairy options. The lavender latte was so good! The barista Jessica was very friendly and served our family bilingually in Spanish and English. I definitely recommend it as a place to unwind and chill out.

Slow service. I ordered pastries and the barista forgot to gave us our order. It’s not a busy day but we waited for 20 min to get our pastries. They are both using their phones while on shift.

I heard this place under a new management recently and ever since then it’s been a great experience. I went today and got served by a male barista that seemed to work by himself. I didn’t get his name but he was awesome! He took our order quickly, I ordered chai tea and my friend ordered matcha latte. Then he brought our orders to the table. I noticed he worked really hard and efficiently and even said good bye and thank you when we left. I will come back here for sure in the future!
