The staff are relaxed, extremely knowledgeable and willing to help in any way. I found them because I lived close to the Whitby store, I moved away and still make the 45 minute trip to that store, you won't find better customer service or product selection, plus the atmosphere is perfect. Cheers

Fantastic staff! Firstly, they made a great recommendation to switch from the STLTH brand to their house brand CLX. Secondly, I had an issue the other day with their refillable pods (first time it happened after several purchases) where it ended up breaking the vape itself as well. I called them, explained the issue and they were so helpful, ended up replacing everything for no charge! My go to place! Highly recommend! Also, I recommend switching to their brand if you haven't already ;)

Went in looking for a vape to help quit smoking. It's only day 1, but I'm hopeful! The staff member was extremely helpful, and made sure I understood the device and how to use it before leaving. I didn't catch his name but he's a great example of customer service. Will definitely be back for refills! Love the music too.

Good selection of juices and mods here.Staff is quite knowledgeable and friendly. They don't seem to get bothered at the endless questions of beginners and do their best to try and help them.For the regular customers they always have new products and flavours coming in and are happy to chat about them.Prices are reasonable.
