Terrible service. She wasted so much time i literally had to leave and kept making eye contact knowing she was being ignorant. didn't turn on the lights, register or set up the barrier" until I was standing there waiting then proceeded to go back to the register and waste more time

Was in on Friday August 27th at about 4pm. We had the worst service I have ever had in my life. I was light headed so I sat down on a chair and the rudest lady came from the back telling me to get up. I explained to her I needed a min I was very light headed she yelled at me get up if the health department comes in. I get the covid-19 thing but when someone is having a medical emergency we need to take that into consideration. I asked her if she wanted me to fall on the floor. I got up and left and she yelled never come back. I will never eat in another Sub way thanks to that lady. Is she even human?

Never had a such a bad experience from a subway. I’ve been across the country and it’s the one spot that has vegetarian options. The manager was very rude and ignorant. Not only that but the sub was made poorly and the veggie patties undercooked.

Lady has mask but just under her chin. Was coughing a lot when making my sub. Just what you want during covid times! Slow as heck too, zero hurry to come upfront and serve their customers/make money...

Rude lady. Shouting on customers. Racially discriminated. Refused to take order 20 minutes before closing time. Never go there. Subway should close this place.

Google and the subway website say that this location is open until 11pm. I work nights this week and ordered a meal to pickup at 10:30pm. I made this order around 4:30pm and included all my contact information and paid online, expecting that if there were any issues they would call me. Imagine my surprise to show up at 10 pm to a dark, closed store. So now I have no lunch, no lunch money (because i paid on the app), and limited time to come up with a solution. I was hesitant to order from this location, as I've been burned by them in the past, but this time they really let me down.

Didn't have bread, didn't have marinara, didn't have pickles. Gave me 10 percent off my flat bread chicken Caesar that fell apart as I tried to eat it
