We really appreciated having Onesource pack and unpack our belongings, place our belongings in the rooms in a tastful manner while consulting us for our approval too, hanging pictures, and even making our bed. The staff was so helpful and so pleasant to work with. This service took so much of the worry out of the move. Brandie even helped organize our belongings a few weeks after the move when a new dresser arrived. The Onesource service was invaluable and we highly recommend using this reliable, pleasant-run business.

We value our association with Brandie Sinclair. Niagara Warehouse of Hope in St. Catharines is a non-profit organization who collects donated, usable items including hospital equipment. With just over 100 volunteers, we have been shipping the donated items to developing countries in need for the past 32 years. Our mission is to “Help People Help Themselves”. Brandie and her team were a life saver. My Mom's health had deteriorated such that she needed to move to a long term care facility. Coming of the generation where you don't throw anything away - there was an overwhelmiong amount to deal with in her home; not to mention how hugely stressful it was. Brandie and her team took care of everything- keeping me informed throughout the entire process and ensuring my Mom's things were managed appropriately. The task that seemed unsurmountable to me was taken care of in a few days. I can't even begin to explain the relief I felt. What an amazing experience!
