I am a new customer and they were very helpful and welcoming. Gina, the manager, was very knowledgeable and friendly.

Personable and friendly staff.Products not always in stock but that is no fault of the staff.

Lady at the cash is SO unbelievably rude to customers. She refused to cash me out because I didn’t have a physical copy of my license but I have a copy on my phone with ID matching the license. She pretty much laughed at me like I was dumb. So I called one of the other locations and they will gladly accept a copy of my license with matching ID, don’t recommend this location but others are great.

Terrible experience and will not shop there again. The customer service representive was speaking down to me as if I had no idea what I was talking about, bashing other suppliers, and was confrontational.

HORRIBLE experience. Their supplies are fine however they are often out of stock of things. But their customer service is just disgusting. The employees are so disrespectful. Saying bad things about other suppliers, making me feel like I have no idea what I’m talking about and being rude when I ask a question. I will never go back. Hyde Park Windsor Beauty Supply is so much better. I will always go there from now on or order online.

Carries most of brands l use. However their suppliers are well known for discontinuation of popular products

Worst comosprof that exists. I went in to purchase shampoo today and when I went to the register to pay, the product came up at a lower price when scanned. Everyone who knows anything knows the scanners code of conduct which is when an item comes up at a price when scanned, that’s the price you pay. Clearly the people who work there are extremely uneducated in not only cosmetology knowledge but just basic retail knowledge as well. Will never shop here again and will tell everybody I know not to shop there as well

Super friendly staff. Smaller layout than other location but often better stocked, in my opinion.

im a barber student i was interested in looking at some clippers and trimmers not even to purchase just to see my options in the future for when it’s time for me to get a kit, unfortunately the 3 lady’s in the shop are extremely rude didn’t even acknowledge me until I had to ask them, the one blond shorter women didn’t even make eye contact with me she continued to use her tablet while she was telling me I couldn’t even look at the products because I didn’t have a license, I literally told them I was a barber student and all I wanted to do was see the products, I guess she was mad I told her I was just looking to for options for the future and wasn’t gonna make a purchase today, they have a sigh outside the door saying that *only licensed hairstylist, barber students can be served. Crazy how they treat future hairstylists/barbers
