We are very happy with the cottage that the Primocon team built for our family. The cottage is in Perry Sound Ontario. The team was professional, attentive, and always available to answer any questions we had.The 1400 square foot cottage is absolutely beautiful. We love the treated pine siding and the stand alone 2 car garage. The equipment shed that mimics the look of the house is a great addition, giving us plenty of storage space for all our outdoor gear.The landscaping is simply stunning. The river rock paths and garden add a wonderful touch of elegance to the property. We hired Primocon to build our house in North York. From the beginning of the project, Robert was professional, knowledgeable, and attentive to all our needs.The house, a 3600 square foot 2 storey with brick exterior and steel roof, is not only beautiful but also extremely well-built. The house feels solid and sturdy, like it will last for many generations to come.Throughout the construction process, Robert was always available to answer any questions we had and made sure to keep us informed every step of the way. He was also very responsive to any concerns we had and was always willing to work with us to make sure we were happy with the end result.

We hired Primocon for a near complete rebuild of our 1960 Toronto home. They took it down to bare studs, dug an addition, and did an amazing job rebuilding it to modern, energy-efficient standards. Robert and his team were honest, realistic, and transparent in their estimates and billing. All their trades and staff were good communicators throughout the project, and finished on-budget and on-time. Our gas and power use have dropped by half, despite the house being 40% larger. We enjoy the comfort and functionality; the neighbors compliment on how nice the house looks.

We’ve been living very comfortably in our new house for over a year, with no problems at all. Our home feels really well built. It’s quiet and warm - even on the coldest days the furnace hardly runs.Our build went well, they dealt with curves thrown by city planners, weather and trades, and built us a beautiful home that fits right in with the neighbourhood. They also got along really well with my future neighbours on either side during the build, which is incredibly important for comfortable relationships after you move in. This build took every last cent we had, and then some. It was really helpful that Robert passed on his considerable discounts for materials and appliances. In June 2021 I inherited a house from my uncle. We didn't know what to do with it, it was big and in a good neighborhood, but it was literally falling apart. A friend from work recommended Robert from Primocon, he's a custom home builder/renovator based out of Toronto.I had a long pleasant conversation with Rob and invited him to meet me in the house so he could give me some ideas. He showed up ready, he consulted with his architect before coming and knew everything about the house and what we can and can’t do with it, it was an easy choice and I signed with him that evening.The plan was to completely gut it and replace pretty much everything. I let his designer make all the decisions and the house turned out so great, we ended up moving in and putting our own house for rent.
