Staff are really friendly and very helpful here. Only had great experiences and there is lots of selection. They carry vapour junkie which is a juice without sweetner. Really appreciate it. Keep up the good work guys!

Real white-glove experience ordering from them. The guy who deals with shipping wasn't in on Sunday when I called, so the clerk gave me the e-mail of the owner, who replied back very quickly, and even came in later that day to give me an invoice, then had my order shipped out at 9am the next morning. They really went above-and-beyond, constant communication. For me communication is always the reason i'll shop at one place over another, when they take my patronage seriously I respect that. Was a great experience, would def buy from them again.

I have always had great interactions with here. Products are high quality, prices are fair, customer service is fair and honest. They know what they are selling. If I ask “do you have something like this flavour?” They always have suggestions. Plus they just renovated the place recently and it’s super clean and inviting to come into. The employees are just nice dudes. No pressure to buy anything and only suggest things they think I might like not what they need to sell. Great place!

Amazing knowledgeable friendly staff. Great selection of vaping box mods and accessories at very reasonable prices. Wide range of e-juice flavours . I came in to store in September of 2017 with the intention of quitting smoking. I was given a crash course in vaping equipment that would my needs. Shown and sampled various juice flavours. Given detailed but easy to understand hands on instructions on use and Care of my chosen box mod and accessories. Had all of my questions answered. Walked out with everything I needed to get started at a very reasonable price and confident that this would work. All previous attempts with other methods having failed. Haven't touched a cigarette since 9 months and going strong. That you to the staff for all the support and encouragement along the way. Highly recommend if you were like me or a currently the the journey, stop in to check out the shop. You will not be disappointed.P.S. To the owner, you have to get your website up and running. Love this store. I bought my first Vape and all my mods there. When Pierre was around it was the best. Best selection of mods and juices. My only issue is on many occasions I have went to find a back in fifteen min" sign in window or another time frame and nobody is back within that time frame. I go there while on my break from work and for that reason my visit is time sensitive. I am going today when it opens at 11. Lets see if I can not have to make 2 trips today. That is the only thing stopping me from leaving 5 stars. Your staff is awesome also! I think for all the money I have spent here and all the extra trips I had to make due to the back in whatever signs you should toss me a nice Bullfrog Vape jacket lol :))) I like those black jackets I saw hanging up!"

Paid a visit to this shop to get help trouble shooting my vape issue. The guy at the counter was very helpful and fixed my issue right away. I didn't realize I forgot my wallet and actually had no $ on me! He literally said its on the house" & told me not to worry about it. Although it was only a few bucks

By far the best prices on liquids and plenty of options for disposables. Most importantly the staff are really nice and helpful. I went in there not knowing much about what to buy and they walked me through it and made great suggestions. You can tell that they enjoy working there. For over 2 years this is my go to spot for anything vape related

Went there with a gift card, the gentleman working the counter did not know how to redeem it tried pressing every button on the machine and swiping the card numerous time, he called someone from the back and he didnt really know what to do either.Then after clearly not knowing how to work the machine the guys tell the gift card doesnt work due to no fault of their own... Lol reallyWasn't offered an alternative in any shape or form. Forcing me to pay out of pocket. Pretty terrible customer service.
