A really nice place to buy Christmas, Birthday cards or for any other occasion. They even have decorative gifts or plushies, or even collectable things like Disney collection, Universal studios etc. They have wrapping papers for presents, or boxes and bags. Christmas ornaments, mugs with messages, calendars and so many little things you can discover to buy every time.

Great place! Had really good sales around Christmas time.

I love this store, they have a lot of cute and fun gifts. Every gift I have bought here has been very well received. Also, the staff is super helpful and friendly and go the extra mile for the customer, which is very nice :)

Cards and gifts as well as what to wrap them with is available in store. Well stocked and good variety.

Good selection of gift cards. Nothing extraordinary and gets the work done. Polite and courteous staff which is a good plus.

Staff was helpful. There were a lot of people in the store, the cashier acknowledged my presence and apologized for delay. It actually impressed me that she was mindful of the delay. Lots of choice of cards, something for everyone. It is a go to place for me downtown.

Deeply Saddened by the racist encounter at this store today at around 6:30pm. I believe the store rep’s name was Darcy. From the minute I and my little sister walked in the cashier did not take her eyes of us. She stared at us the entire duration of when we where in there. It was extremely off-putting, racist, and intimidating. Many people came in and out of the store, touched products, looked around, but they were not visually stalked like we were. I had noticed this from the cashier but decided to not react. After we paid, on our way out (closer to where they keep the front left merchandise) my sister stopped me and asked me why the cashier was staring at us. In that moment we noticed the cashier move from behind the register to a shelf to get a better look at us. I went back and told the cashier of what both me and my sister have observed and asked contact info for her manager/owner. She said, “it won’t make a difference”. I understand ant-theft prevention but the disparity in how we were treated compared to her customers is unacceptable and plain racism. I will follow up with an email to management but from Darcy’s remarks this type of racist behaviour seem’s to be accepted at this store.
