After leaving the restaurant. My daughter was upset. She didn't tell me why till we were in the car. She said that the employee with pink hair came into the washroom after her and peaked into her stall at her through the crack of the washroom stall. She says she feels violated and never wants to go back there and hopes she never runs into her again. Her service behind the counter was okay but what happened with my preteen daughter was not. I will be contacting management about this. I can't think of why this would happen. Like if she wanted to clean the washroom you could knock or ask if anyone was in there.

What a horrible experience even after talking to the manager was really rude and to tp it off didn't get what we wanted will never go back

This location gets really busy, but the staff are always really good about people getting food on time. Appreciated when they were short staffed recently and running behind-- they actually warned everyone in advance instead of making us wait.Food is always pretty good. Love the popcorn chicken.Will be sad to see this location go as I've been coming here for 20+ years, but I hope you'll find a new location in Aldergrove.

Not a bad KFC location. Nice staff. Food so far has been pretty fresh and tasty. I'd go more but i like being fit and not obese.

Excellent service, clean location, good food. Unfortunately they don't have extra crispy at this location. I'm also disappointed that it's not a KFC / Taco Bell. I usually go to the locations that are both so you are able to order from both menus. I guess being a small-town they have limited options.

They stare at me and my friends while eating, or just simply ordering, even while waiting for my food. Making me really uncomfortable. I'd recommend ordering your food for takeout instead of dining in

I ordered the Famous Chicken Chicken Sandwich combo.The chicken was extremely thin and dry, like chicken jerky that was deep fried. The bun was stale. The fries were cold, oily and shrivelled.The only good thing was the drink.

At first was impressed with the speed of the drive through... till I got home... chicken was almost inedible, dry and tough. It had obviously been sitting in the warmer for a long time, hence why we were served so fast.

My husband and I have been to the 200th location quite a few times over the years and we are always so shocked how slow the drive though is. They have no efficiency or customer service for that matter. The workers do not listen and you have to repeat your order several times. 25 minutes for tacos and fries is absurd!

The chicken sandwich shrunk to 1/4 of the size to the point the bun over took the meat and the prices went up for it.. The lettuce was pretty much nill n the sauce over took everything to the point it was dripping. We don't eat fried chicken often but still expect to see the meat when we are paying 16.00 for it
