The staff barely keep the place clean between customers. It's usually a mess and garbage overflowing. The atmosphere is not nice either and washrooms are kept locked (we need to ask for key). The service is not nice either. All the items in our order were given several minutes apart and they couldn't even make the effort to mix the cream and sugar in the coffees and teas, all the sugar was left at the bottom. The food was also not that nice compared to other locations. We've never experienced good staff at this location.

Overall good experience. The surrounding is just not that very clean. I tried their bagel steak sandwich. It's good. Just lacking some flavor.

Visited on a Sunday morning and the staff were friendly and efficient. Even at nine o'clock on a cold Sunday morning the coffee shop was pretty busy although I was able to find a seat. The hot green tea was reasonably priced and tasted good. The facilities and washroom are well maintained and clean.

Slowest tim Hortons I've ever been to. Line up for 4 customers took over 20 mins. For a fast food coffee shop it isn't very fast. Cashier was yelling at customers to move over when food was being served on the opposite side. Super rude. 3/ 10 wouldn't recommend

I was at the front of the line for more than five mins even though no one was being served. There was one cashier and he didn't seem bothered that I was standing there waiting. When he finally decided to serve me he didn't even let me finish my order before he walked away to make my coffee. The worst service at any Tim Hortons ever and I visit Timis alot.

I just ordered ice coffee .When I paid before, I had already said no ice .When I get one with ice . She said omg to me .then make new one is not full .After that, she was so angry to throw the old one to garbage . What kind of service .

Horrible, horrible just utterly terrible service. The cashier never understands you, and never thinks logically. If I'm buying 3 combos, what makes you think I only want 2? Why would I buy 2 combos and another farmers wrap without anything with it? If I'm with 2 other people, why would I only buy 2 meals? If I hold up 3 fingers, does it mean I want two combos? This has happened every. single. time. It's your mistake, and you shouldn't be yelling at customers to buy another drink. I would've, but the way she treated us makes me not want to. The food isn't even that great either, there's either no sauce, or too much sauce. Never the normal amount. This place is no where near fast food, the food's never fast.

The morning staff of weekdays is super rude and non sense. They do not pickup the call. If they pick up your then they simply hang up. They do not follow any instructions at all.I had my worst experience here.
