Silver Springs was fantastic. I called and emailed 7-8 concrete companies in town, only 4 returned my inquiries on a small concrete pad addition. Out of the 4 companies Silver Springs gave the quickest, most professional and honest quote. The estimator was honest, forthcoming, explained how to cut the cost down if we wished and eliminated unnecessary spending. Example: 2 other companies recommended acid wash for my driveway, Silver Springs did not. This resulted in significant savings, better for the environment and the finish was fantastic!The overall pour and execution of the project was very good. I am very picky and Silver Springs met my requests and went above and beyond to ensure details were met.I'd recommend Silver Springs for anyone who wants HONEST, timely and well executed concrete projects with a fair value. Every employee was a delight to deal with and made this easy for us.

Silver Springs poured my exposed aggregate patio. They arranged with the concrete supplier, brought a pump truck, lots of guys, took care to not damage my property, and did an exceptional quality job. They poured an exposed aggregate slab for me with adjacent wall, which requires skill and care. The next day they came back to sawcut a relief joint, acid wash to make it look uniform, and then applied sealer. I can vouch that when quality and finesse is required, you want to hire this company.As an aside, I often work on high end custom homes, and I see all kinds of concrete work, from great to ... less great. I tend to be very particular about the work I do on my own home, and Silver Springs lived up to my expectations.

I would NOT recommend Silver Springs as a concrete finishing company to anyone! I will, however recommend RYAN HOLDTON!!(their concrete guy) Very organised in the field, his office counter parts not so much. He practically did the jobs by himself he was suppose to have help and had very little. They were always pulling him away for other jobs which delayed our jobs even more. They tried to bill us before the jobs were completed!! One of the owners came out to clear things up only to find out that they were in the wrong the job was not completed. Throughout all of this Ryan was professional, honest, calm and thorough in his work. Ryan takes pride in his work and is very knowledgeable in his craft! I sure hope Silver Springs is paying him what he is worth cause guys like that are few and far between! And if they are not paying him what he is worth, there are other companies in town that will!

There is a reason I have used these guys exclusively for the past few years. Most important for me is that they are easy to communicate with and they own their work when things don't go perfect. Bottom line is that they strive to get it perfect. I was convinced when Connie came back and worked on her hands and knees for 2 days in 35 degree heat to fix some exposed agg that had some pits. Price is what you pay and value is what you get...these guys always deliver great value.

The crew showed up at the appointed time, completed the installation quickly and efficiently, cleaned up after themselves and answered all of my questions as the work progressed. Couldn't have asked for a better experience.
