It was so nice having someone with David's knowledge when we bought our first home. I didn't know a thing and peppered him with endless questions. During the process, Jessica constantly provided me the progress updates of the mortgage application on a daily basis. In addition, I was able to ask David for advises on how I can do my planning ahead for another mortgage on a second property.
