Sam is fantastic! He is patient, kind and is willing to try new things. I am continually improving and feeling significant less pain than I have for months! I would recommend Sam to anyone who asks. Updated April 12. I have improved so much! No more cane and I am getting back to walking again!!! Can not thank Sam enough! June 29–still going strong. Now building more strength and still have significantly less pain. My ability to be physically active is continually improving as long as I do the work! Still five ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Physical recovery and fitness needs a holistic multi faceted approach and customization for each individual. I've only been to one session so far - but as a health professional- I can tell Sam Moxon definitely understands various tools , exercises and approaches to achieve recovery ,and I'll be going back.

Sam and Lexi have gone above and beyond to accommodate my needs and availability.Sam works hard to make sure you are getting the proper treatment for injury.He’s made such a difference in my mobility before and starting on post op!He makes sure you’re comfortable and doing exercises correctly. Sam and Lexi personalities are an added bonus.
