I purchased a promotional plan and was assisted by Harpreet. She was amazing. Very polite and helpful. I have a chatr in my area but because of how Harpreet treated me during our first interaction when I first visited the store, I decided to drive all the way to back to her to make my purchase.

Amazing customer service by the staff working there. Special mention for their manager Shannon who is so phenomenal in explaining the plan details. Made it super quick and understandable for me and my family, happy to visit their location. By far the best chatr store I have visited. Will definitely recommend everyone to visit there.
