Andress' Your Independent Grocer Smiths Falls

Two young employees, Sam and Destiny, bagged my groceries and loaded my cart for me without me even having to ask them. They took great initiative to help me and I greatly appreciate the extra service.

Overall your typical IG, but they always tend to have some incredible specials.

Helpful staff when managers are working, but part-timers are what you'd expect. Good luck" is not a particular response I'm looking for when trying to find a specific product.Nicely laid out store though

Great place to stop for a nice quick and cheap lunch always my go to when I’m in the area, very clean store and easy to find everything you need all staff members are really kind. They always have good prices and deals on too extra bonus!

They try'd selling me sliced lunch meat which was sliced from a guy not wearing gloves an was previously digging in his rear , Goes by name RJ. Don't let him ever handle food .

Store did not have no name butter that was on sale. Also had to wait over 20 min to get a product entered into their system so that it would scan

1st thingy I noticed here as I entered the grocery store was the huge teddy bears. I thought must be a great place to have a box of big bears in there and sure enough it was pretty clean and epic inside. I will certainly be returning for sure. Well done guys!!!

I dread grocery shopping. Put products into your cart, unload them to be scanned, put them back into the cart and load them again, unload them at home and finally put them away. And we have to pay for it too! Yes , Andress is more expensive but typically veggies and fruit are very fresh. Regular items bought every couple of weeks are increasing in price. When they have sales they are worth the trip. I have shopped for a very long time at Andress Independent and have always had my groceries bagged. This trip, spent well over $275.00, and no help to bag!! I glanced at the other cashiers and it appears we are now packing our own groceries. This might sound trivial but I looked forward to this service unlike Food Basics. I’m thinking you have done this to continue to keep your food prices down!! You just took my one pleasure away from shopping at your store.

Nice place and nice people, they have great service, I love their pastry ... very good stuff. The only issue I find it a bit pricey some times ..Best Regards!
